The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable modern, had a hairdryer, terry cloth bathrobes, and a shower cap. It was in an original building with fantastic view.

The location was amazing, not very far from Star. Walking distance to nightclubs and restaurants, it was a bonus.

The staff are extremely friendly and lovely friendly, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is excellent. Amazing location for visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the property. Love eating outside and there's Gurtlerhoft, set minutes from the hotel. The venue has a good restaurant. Would be happy to recommend as we liked it.

The hotel of choice in Strasbourg. Romantic and fairly clean place, incredible view on the cathedral and of Strasbourg. Incredible location close to the canal, in the central area. 5 minutes walk to a Catholic cathedral. Well-appointed, compact room with a private bathroom and a hairdryer, bath robes, and a shower cap. Extremely friendly staff with a good portion of humor. Great breakfast - 4 star level.

The staff are efficient, hotel is romantic, breakfast is excellent. It has generous-sized rooms with a safe, TV and a mini-fridge-bar. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. I recommend this place to all going to Strasbourg.

Just a short walk from the train station, it is conveniently situated in the old town, within minutes of the famous cathedral. The rooms offer stunning views of the city, while the bathrooms, although situated on the upper floors, provide all the necessary amenities. The friendly and helpful staff, along with the delicious breakfast options, ensure a pleasant stay.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The rooms were nicely decorated, very clean and of a good size for European hotels. A computer with internet access was available and free. It was easy to add a standard European breakfast to your stay. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. But the thing that made the Gutenberg stand out was its excellent staff. We interacted with 4 different people and they were all willing to go the extra mile to help make out stay great. From keeping an eye out for a cancellation when we wanted to stay an extra night, to answering our questions about the city to booking us a room in another city, the staff was great!

Liked the standard double room with quality, and absolutely perfect and excellent location right in downtown area. The breakfast was great and excellent at a local patisserie and had lots of food.
